I grew up in Ireland and spent a lot of my Summers at my Grandmother’s home in the country. Surrounded by cows, horses and labradors, my love of animals began. When I moved to California, my husband and I adopted a challenging little puppy named Dusty and so my interest in helping him live his best life and build our relationship started my career. I have been a positive reinforcement science-based dog trainer since 2006. Over the years, I have worked in both the animal shelter environment, at Marin Humane and the Humane Society of Sonoma County and with private clients. I am a nationally Certified Pet Dog Trainer through the Certification Council for Pet Dog Trainers, completed the Trish King Canine Behavior Academy at Marin Humane and Shelter Training & Enrichment through the Karen Pryor Academy. My passion is working with our four-legged companions and nothing gives me more joy than seeing the bond being built between a dog and their person!
